Applicants for Home and Apartment Rental are required to have the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for approval:
Properly filled out and signed application
Paid Application Fee
3 years of residential rental payment history
Proper Income with Verification
Applicant's monthly rent amount shall not exceed 25% of gross income
No Bad Criminal Record
No Prior Evictions
Good Landlord References with contact information
Good Housekeeping
Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application
Rentals are shown by appointment with approved application
